The incident occurred around 6:42 a.m. at Redwood Avenue and Nile Drive.
A white Toyota Sienna minivan and a Jeep Grand Cherokee were involved in the crash.
The passengers in the minivan were reportedly unable to get out of the car after the collision.
At least one person suffered minor injuries in the accident.
