Anaheim, CA. – At least one person was injured in a multi-vehicle collision triggered by speed late Sunday morning in Anaheim, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The pileup took place around 11:54 a.m. on westbound State Route 91, just west of the Lakeview Avenue overcrossing.
Five vehicles were involved in the collision.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene and evaluated the motorists. At least one of them was treated for minor injuries.
A Kia SUV, a Dodge Durango, and a white BMW SUV were towed away from the scene. The Kia and the Dodge were reportedly traveling at high speeds prior to the collision.
CHP officers are investigating the crash.
