Glendale, AZ – A man was killed and four others hospitalized after a two-vehicle collision at an intersection in Glendale Wednesday night.
The Glendale Police Department said the crash happened at around 7:30 p.m. at the intersection of 67th and Olive Avenues.
Two vehicles were involved in the accident for unknown reasons.
The first car had two people inside, where one of them died at the scene, and the other was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.
A woman and two children under the age of 15 were in the second car. They were taken to the hospital, but their injuries were not considered life-threatening.
The name of the deceased was not released.
67th Avenue is closed in both directions between Butler Drive and Olive Avenue.
It's unclear what led up to the crash.
An investigation is underway.
