Man Dies Days after Car Accident in Tucson

, AZ. – The Tucson Police Department identified 68-year-old Miguel Angel Machado Fuentes as a man killed days later after a car accident in Tucson.

The incident happened Friday, November 3 at Drexel and Nogales Highway, according to the authorities.

Reportedly, a vehicle turned in front of Fuentes causing the collision.

Fuentes suffered severe injuries and was transported to a hospital, where he died days later.

The other driver had been cited for failure to yield but those charges were dismissed and Fuentes may face criminal charges.

More details regarding the collision were not provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
