San Joaquin County, CA. – At least one person was seriously injured in a two-vehicle accident that happened Monday afternoon at an intersection near Tracy, the California Highway Patrol said.
The incident took place around 4:49 p.m. at Tracy Boulevard and Finck Road.
A gray and white Chevrolet pickup truck and a Dodge were involved in the collision. The truck was reportedly speeding prior to the accident.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene shortly after receiving reports of the crash.
At least one person was taken to the hospital with major injuries.
Both lanes of Tracy Boulevard were closed following the accident.
