Two vehicles collided Sunday evening on 80 Freeway near the Central Avenue off-ramp.
Richmond, CA – Major injuries were reported in a traffic collision that happened Sunday evening on a freeway in Richmond, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The wreck involved two vehicles around 7:36 p.m. on the westbound 80 Freeway, just east of the Central Avenue off-ramp.
First responders found a green Ford Mustang and another car involved in the accident. One of the cars was reportedly traveling at speeds of about 95 miles per hour.
At least one person sustained major injuries in the collision, as per the report.
CHP officers are investigating the collision.
