Kevin McFadden Dies in Yamhill County Accident on Highway 153

Yamhill County, OR – A motorcycle rider was killed in a collision with a vehicle in Yamhill County on Thursday night, according to the Oregon State Police.

Kevin Gilbert McFadden, 57, of Salem, died following the incident that took place on Highway 153 near milepost 14, just before 10:03 p.m. June 6.

According to the report, a Toyota Corolla traveling westbound on the highway swerved to avoid an eastbound motorcyclist who drifted into its path.

The car then moved back into the roadway and collided with a motorcycle driven by McFadden.

Police said McFadden was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The driver of the car had minor injuries.

The Oregon State Police are investigating the incident.
