The driver and sole passenger of the second vehicle were each transported to a local hospital with moderate to serious injuries

Jurupa Valley, CA. – 26-year-old Juan Carlos Vincente has been identified as the man who died in a collision that left two other people injured on Friday night in Jurupa Valley.
According to the Riverside County Fire Department, the accident happened around 10:28 p.m. in the area of Van Buren Boulevard and Jurupa Road.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision. The circumstances surrounding the collision were not immediately determined.

Vincente, a resident of Westminster, was driving one of the cars and was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
The driver and sole passenger of the second vehicle were each transported to a local hospital with moderate to serious injuries.
The Sheriff's Office said it appears drug or alcohol use was a factor, but it wasn't clear which driver was suspected of using drugs or alcohol.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
