Joseph McCool ID’d as Motorcyclist Killed in Collision at Old Woman Springs Road and Santa Fe Fire Road in Lucerne Valley

Lucerne Valley, California (September 18, 2023) – Joseph Dalee McCool, 37, has been identified as the motorcyclist who was killed in a collision in Lucerne Valley on Saturday afternoon.
The fatal motorcycle accident happened in the area of Old Woman Springs Road and Santa Fe Fire Road at around 3:45 p.m., according to the San Bernardino County Fire Department.
Joseph was riding a motorcycle on the roadway when he crashed into a white pickup truck hauling a trailer that was making a left turn onto Sante Fe Fire Road.
Firefighters responded to the incident and found the rider lying unresponsive on the roadway.
Joseph, a resident of Yucca Valley, was pronounced dead at the accident scene, according to a local news source.
