Jonathon Tucker Killed in Desert Hot Springs Crash on SR 62 at North Indian Canyon Dr.

, CA. – 22-year-old Jonathon Tucker has been identified as the man who died in a two-car accident at an intersection in Desert Hot Springs.

The California Highway Patrol Area office reports that the accident happened around 2:25 a.m. on State Route 62 at North Indian Canyon Drive.

A Hyundai was making a left turn onto North Indian Canyon Drive from state Route 62 when it collided with a Dodge traveling eastbound on SR 62.

The Dodge continued in a northeasterly direction and crashed into a street light near the intersection.

Tucker, a resident of Twentynine Palms, was driving the Dodge and was killed in the accident.

The man who was driving the Hyundai was hospitalized with minor injuries.

More details about the car accident were not released.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
