According to the Ontario Police Department, the collision was reported at Archibald Avenue and Grand Park Street at around 1 a.m. on November 12.
Ontario, CA – 24-year-old Jeremy Arellano, of Rancho Cucamonga has been identified by the San Bernardino County Coroner's Office as a driver killed in a grisly traffic collision on Archibald Avenue in Ontario two weeks ago.
According to the Ontario Police Department, the collision was reported at Archibald Avenue and Grand Park Street at around 1 a.m. on November 12.
The police said two vehicles were involved in the accident, but reports did not state how they collided.
Arellano died at the scene and another person was transported to the hospital in an unknown condition.
All of southbound Archibald Avenue at Edison Avenue was closed for the investigation.
The circumstances surrounding the incident are being investigated.
