James Mattos Dies in Fresno County Accident on W Dinuba Ave

Fresno County, California (September 27, 2023) – James Mattos, 69, of Fresno, has been identified as the man who was killed in a two-vehicle collision near Caruthers on Tuesday morning, according to the authorities.

The wreck took place in the area of Dinuba and West avenues at about 11 a.m. September 26.

Authorities said a GMC Sierra pickup truck and a Nissan Altima were involved in the collision.

The impact pushed both vehicles off the side of the roadway.
