Greenwood, California (September 7, 2021) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured Tuesday afternoon in a traffic collision in Greenwood, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The major injury crash occurred at around 1:36 p.m. Tuesday, September 7 on State Route 193, also known as Georgetown Road, just west of Georgetown.

The CHP said the motorcycle collided with a semi-truck pulling a loaded, 30-foot trailer.
