Frances Rodriguez Among 2 Killed in Long Beach Crash at Pacific Avenue and 21st Street

Long Beach, California (August 17, 2021) – Frances Rodriguez, 23, was among two people killed in a Monday morning accident in Long Beach, according to the authorities.

The driver of the Honda, a 44-year-old Los Angeles woman, and her passenger, a 30-year-old Gardena man, were both hospitalized with critical injuries.
