According to the Montebello Fire Department, the fire started in the warehouse at 860 Truck Way just after 1 a.m.
Firefighters from the Montebello Fire Department were assisted by firefighters from the San Gabriel, Monterey Park, Alhambra, Arcadia, Sierra Madre, Downey, and Glendale departments to extinguish the fire.
It took about 80 firefighters around six hours to put out the inferno.
One firefighter from an unspecified department sustained minor injuries that did not require hospitalization.
The cause of the crash was not immediately determined.
Two neighboring businesses were not affected by the fire.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
