Pedestrian Dies after Phoenix 2-Car Crash near 16th Street and Thomas Road
Phoenix, Arizona (June 26, 2023) – Authorities are investigating a crash that involved two vehicles and a pedestrian early Monday morning in Phoenix.
A female pedestrian was killed in a crash at around 4:15 a.m. near 16th Street and Thomas Road, according to a police report.
Two vehicles collided in the area, causing a rollover before hitting a pedestrian. The events leading up to the collision were not immediately established.

One of the drivers involved was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
The Phoenix police advised the motorist to use McDowell Road, 7th Street, or 51 Freeway as alternative routes as they investigated the accident.
