Deputies were pursuing burglary suspects when the suspect vehicle T-boned a vehicle and hit a second vehicle near the intersection of West Imperial Highway and South Broadway.
Los Angeles, Calif – A driver is dead following a traffic collision involving burglary suspects in the Manchester-Broadway neighborhood of Los Angeles Wednesday morning.
The deadly crash happened at about 2:30 a.m. near the intersection of West Imperial Highway and South Broadway.
Reportedly, Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies were pursuing burglary suspects when the suspect vehicle T-boned a vehicle and hit a second vehicle near the intersection.
The driver of the T-boned car sustained fatal injuries and was declared dead at the scene.
The driver of the second vehicle suffered only minor injuries in the incident
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said two suspects were arrested following the collision.
A SigAlert was issued closing the northbound Imperial Highway off-ramp as officers worked at the scene.
The incident remains under investigation.
