The WSP said a teenage driver behind the wheel of a Toyota Camry was traveling northbound on I-5 when he lost control and slammed into the guardrail
Kelso, WA.- Daniel W. Collins, 51, of Wilsonville, Oregon, was injured in a crash involving a suspected DUI driver near Kelso on Monday afternoon, according to the Washington State Patrol
The wreck happened on Interstate 5, north of the Allen Street onramp on Monday, October 28.
The WSP said a teenage driver behind the wheel of a Toyota Camry was traveling northbound on I-5 when he lost control and slammed into the guardrail.
The Camry then bounced back and collided with a Ford pickup truck.
The impact caused the truck to strike a GMC Siera pickup truck driven by Collins.
According to the report, Collins was taken to PeaceHealth St. John Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
No other injuries were reported.
The WSP is investigating the incident.
