A car collided with Cousins's bicycle in unclear circumstances.
Portland, OR. – The Portland Police Bureau identified 32-year-old Damon M. Cousins as a bicyclist killed in a traffic collision at an intersection in Parkrose last month.
The Portland Police said the crash happened at around 9 a.m. on October 21, at Northeast 105th Avenue and Northeast Marx Street.

Cousins was declared deceased at the scene.
The driver stayed at the crash site and cooperated with the officers.
More information about the mishap was not available.
An investigation is underway.
