Ventura County, CA – At least one person was killed in a traffic collision involving a big rig on Highway 101 in Ventura County early Tuesday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the wreck occurred at around 12:58 a.m. on State Route 101 at Carmen Drive.
Responding crews located a semi-truck and a grey Ford transit van in the area.
One person died following the wreck.
The identity of the deceased was not immediately disclosed.
