Chloe Proctor Injured in Ukiah Bicycle Accident at Talmage Rd and Sanford Ranch Rd

Ukiah, CA. – Chloe Proctor, 20, has been identified as the bicyclist who was seriously injured after being struck by a car in Ukiah on Sunday evening.

The accident was reported around 4:43 p.m. at the intersection of Talmage Road and Sanford Ranch Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The woman was riding a bicycle southbound on Sanford Ranch Road when she was struck by a Cadillac Escalade driven by Mark Hale.

Paramedics with the Ukiah Valley Fire Authority transported the woman to Ukiah Airport to be airlifted to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital for medical treatment.

Hale remained at the scene and cooperated with the police.

More details about the accident were not released.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
