Santa Maria, CA – The Santa Maria Police has identified a woman killed in a pedestrian crash last week Saturday evening at West Main Street in Santa Maria as Cecilia DeJesus, 69, of Santa Maria.
The accident happened at around 6:15 p.m. January 4 at West Main Street and Russell Avenue.
DeJesus was struck by a vehicle in unclear circumstances.
DeJesus was transported to Marian Regional Medical Center for treatment, where she later died.
The driver behind the wheel stayed at the scene and cooperated with the police.
