Madera, CA.- The woman who died in a big rig collision in Madera on Friday has been identified as Brittany Robbins, 31, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident took place at Avenue 12 and Riverside Boulevard on August 30.
The CHP said a Chrysler was traveling west on Avenue 12 when it stopped to make a left turn onto Riverstone Boulevard and was rear-ended by a big rig.
Robbins was in the Chrysler and was killed in the collision.
A man in the Chrysler was treated for unspecified injuries.
No other injuries were reported.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
