The accident took place on West Hillcrest Drive and Citation Way at about 7:08 p.m. December 11.
The deputies said a man aged nearly 37 was hit by a vehicle while riding a bicycle in the area.
The victim was taken to a hospital with major injuries.
No further details were released.
The accident is under investigation.
