, Calif. – A bicyclist was hit and injured by a vehicle in San Luis Obispo on Thursday morning, according to the San Luis Obispo Police Department.

The crash happened on S. Higuera Street and Suburban Road just before noon on Thursday, February 29.

A person riding a bicycle was hit by a vehicle in the area under unclear circumstances.

Medics responded to the scene and attended to the injured rider.

Alcohol and drugs were not suspected in the incident.
