Injuries Reported in Bakersfield Crash on Highway 58
Bakersfield, California (June 23, 2023) – Injuries were reported in a multi-vehicle collision on Thursday afternoon in Bakersfield, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident happened on Highway 58 just west of General Beale Road on Thursday, June 22.
CHP said a black sedan collided with a white pickup truck in the eastbound side of the highway.
The truck was pushed into the center divide while the sedan came to a rest on the roadside.
A Hyundai Elantra and a fourth vehicle were also involved.
Ambulances were requested to the scene for the injured parties. There was no update on the extent of injuries.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the wreck.
