Authorities Investigating Fatal Inyo County Semi-Truck Crash on Highway 395
Inyo County, California (October 29, 2023) – At least one person is dead following a traffic collision involving a semi-truck and a sedan on Highway 395 Sunday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The deadly crash happened around 1:53 p.m. on northbound Highway 395 at Gill Station Cosa Road near Coso Junction.
According to the CHP, a white big rig t-boned a white sedan killing at least one person in the sedan.
The identity of the deceased was not released pending notification of next of kin.
The semi-truck driver was not injured.
No additional information was provided. The incident remains under investigation.
