At Least One Killed in Whittier Head-on Crash at Mulberry Drive and Mills Avenue

Whittier, California (November 2, 2023) – At least one person is\\\ dead following a head-on traffic collision at an intersection in Whittier Wednesday night, according to a California Highway Patrol.

The crash was reported around 7:50 p.m. on November 1, in the area of Mulberry Drive and Mills Avenue.

Reports indicate that four vehicles were involved in the collision.

According to the CHP, at least one person died in the accident.

The eastbound and westbound lanes of Mulberry Drive were shut down at Mills Drive for several hours.

The roadway was reopened at about 11:23 p.m.

The accident remains under investigation.
