Injuries Reported in Two-Vehicle Collision on Interstate 105 near Lakewood Boulevard in Downey

Downey, California (October 4, 2023) – At least one person was injured in a two-vehicle collision that happened in Downey on Tuesday morning.
The accident was reported at around 7:17 a.m. on Interstate 105 West near Lakewood Boulevard, according to California Highway Patrol.
A black Honda Civic and a white pickup truck were traveling westbound on I-105 when they collided in unclear circumstances.
CHP said the two vehicles came to a stop on the right shoulder and caused property damage.
At least one person was injured in the crash, but the extent of the injuries was not established.
