North Hollywood, CA. – The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner has identified Analee Rodriguez, 26, as the woman killed after a multi-vehicle collision on Monday morning on North Hollywood.

The accident happened on northbound Hollywood (101) Freeway at the Vineland Avenue off-ramp at around 4:55 a.m. on August 25.

Officers said a dark-colored sedan hit the center divider and caused a multi-vehicle accident.

Medics were sent to the scene at 4:56 a.m. but did not take anyone to a medical center.

An official from the medical examiner's office was dispatched to the location at 5:22 a.m.

Analee Rodriguez was declared dead at the scene.

A SigAlert was issued at 5:08 a.m. blocking northbound lanes of the freeway following the crash.
