Two adults were riding with their three children in bike trailers when they were struck by a black 2003 Toyota Camry, and the driver left the scene. The suspect identified as Ceferino Ramos, 29, of Santa Ana was arrested for suspected DUI and hit-and-run.
Garden Grove, CA. – Five people suffered injuries in a traffic collision on Haster Street in Garden Grove Monday evening.
According to the CHP, the wreck happened at around 7:35 p.m. on Haster Street and Twin Tree Lane.

The father, 27, and two children — a 5-year-old boy and a 7-year-old girl, were rushed to hospitals in critical condition.
The mother, 25, and a 7-month-old girl were hospitalized with stable vital signs. The mother has since been released.
