Fallbrook, CA. – Four people were killed in a head-on collision that happened on Friday in Fallbrook.
The fatal collision happened on State Route 76 near Interstate 15, according to the Cal Fire San Diego.
Two vehicles reportedly collided head-on in unclear circumstances.
