4 Injured in North Hollywood Crash at Victory Boulevard and Vineland Avenue

North Hollywood, CA. – Several people, including a pedestrian, were injured in a car crash on Monday afternoon in North Hollywood.

The collision was reported around 1 p.m. at West Victory Boulevard and Vineland Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

Two vehicles reportedly collided at the intersection in unclear circumstances.

One of the cars struck a 22-year-old man before crashing into a traffic light pole. The light pole fell on top of that sedan, trapping a 26-year-old man and a 35-year-old man.

The two men were freed from the vehicle and were transported to the hospital for treatment of major injuries.

The pedestrian was also hospitalized in serious condition.

Police say the 65-year-old woman who was driving the second car was hospitalized with minor injuries.

More details about the accident were not released.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
