Reportedly, a red Honda traveling westbound crashed with a red Chevrolet traveling northbound in unclear circumstances.
Bakersfield, CA. – A 2-year-old passenger was killed in car crash at an intersection in Bakersfield Saturday night.
The Bakersfield Police Department received reports regarding a deadly wreck at around 8:40 p.m. November 16 at Brimhall and Jenkins Roads.
Reportedly, a red Honda traveling westbound crashed with a red Chevrolet traveling northbound in unclear circumstances.
The 2-year-old passenger of the Chevrolet suffered severe injuries due to the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The identity of the deceased was not immediately disclosed.
Nobody else in either vehicle reported injuries.
Both drivers remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
Speed and impairment were not considered to be factors in the crash.
