Two Seriously Hurt in Blythe Accident on San Bernardino Fwy
Blythe, California (June 24, 2023) – Two people were seriously injured in a crash that happened on Saturday morning in Blythe, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
The wreck happened on the San Bernardino (10) Freeway west of Corn Springs Road at around 5:50 a.m.
Authorities said five vehicles were involved in the crash on the westbound side of the freeway.
Emergency crews extricated three people trapped in the wreckage.
Two people suffered major injuries and were airlifted to a Trauma Center.
Two other parties with minor injuries were transported by ambulances.
Further details on the incident were not immediately available.
The crash is under investigation.
