Los Angeles, CA. – Two LAPD officers were injured in a rollover crash early Sunday morning in South Los Angeles.
The collision occurred at the intersection of Figueroa Street and Rosecrans Avenue at around 1 a.m. according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The officers were turning eastbound onto Rosecrans when they were struck by another vehicle. The impact of the collision caused the patrol vehicle to overturn.
Both officers suffered minor injuries and were transported to the hospital where they were treated and released.
The driver of the second vehicle was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
