At Least One Person Hospitalized after Two-Car Accident on Highway 101 at Rocks Road in Hollister Gilroy
Hollister Gilroy, CA. – At least one person was seriously injured in a traffic collision on Highway 101 in Hollister Gilroy Friday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the wreck happened at around 1:14 p.m. on the northbound State Route 101 at Rocks Road.
A grey Honda Civic and a blue Nissan were involved in the mishap.
The manner in which they collided was not immediately established.
Both vehicles spun out to the right-hand side.
A woman and a man were trapped in one of the cars and had to be extricated.
At least one person sustained serious injuries.
More information about the mishap was not available.
An investigation is ongoing.
