Oceanside, CA. – A pedestrian died after being struck by a car early Tuesday morning in Oceanside.
The accident happened around 1:25 a.m. on eastbound Highway 78 near El Camino Real, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A 31-year-old Vista man was walking in the area and was struck by a Mercedes Benz and was struck by a 59-year-old Escondido woman.
The unidentified man was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
More details about the accident were not released.
