Studio City, CA.– One person was was killed in a motorcycle collision in Studio City on Saturday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash happened on the 101 Freeway near Lankershim Boulevard at about 3:30 p.m.
The motorcyclist reportedly collided with a silver sedan on thebsothbound side of the freeway and was ejected.
The rider of the motorcycle was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Lanes were blocked in the area as authorities worked to clear the scene.
The incident is under investigation.
