1 Killed in San Bernardino Car Crash on 215 Freeway near Devore Road

San Bernardino, California (October 28, 2023) – At least one person was killed in a traffic collision that occurred on Friday night in San Bernardino.

The fatal collision was reported around 11:41 p.m. on southbound 215 Freeway near Devore Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.

A vehicle is reported to have crashed into two parked semi-trucks on the highway.

The vehicle became wedged between the trucks and firefighters had to extricate patients trapped inside the vehicle.

CHP reports that at least one person was killed in the accident.

The name of the deceased person was not immediately disclosed.

More details about the accident were not released.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
