At least one person suffered serious injuries in the accident and was transported to the hospital for treatment
Whittier, CA. – One person was hospitalized with serious injuries after a multi-vehicle collision on Friday morning in Whittier.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 11:31 a.m. on Interstate 605 Freeway near Washington Boulevard.
Officers who responded to the incident located at least six vehicles at the accident scene.
CHP reports that at least one person suffered serious injuries in the accident and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
Additional information about the accident was not provided.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
