Stockton, CA. – Authorities are investigating a car accident that left one person seriously injured in Stockton on Sunday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Highway 12 near Tower Park Way at around 12 p.m.
A sedan reportedly crashed into a semi-truck in unclear circumstances. The sedan became stuck underneath the truck after the collision.
At least two other vehicles were involved in the collision.
One person was seriously injured in the accident and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
