San Diego, CA. – One person was injured in a car accident on Wednesday morning in San Diego.
At around 9:21 a.m., the California Highway Patrol responded to reports of a car accident on the northbound 5 Freeway near La Jolla Village Drive.
A silver Mercedes and a pickup truck were involved in the collision. The events leading up to the accident, however, were yet to be determined.
At least one person was injured in the accident and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
