San Bernardino, CA. – A driver was injured in a multi-vehicle collision on Wednesday morning in Cajon Pass.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 3:19 a.m. on the southbound Interstate 15 near Highway 138.
A semi-truck was stopped on the freeway without lights, blocking the two right lanes. A short time later, a black Nissan Versa traveling at freeway speeds broadsided the disabled semi, spun out of control, and hit the guardrail.
The crash triggered a chain-reaction collision involving at least four other vehicles.
The female driver of the Nissan was taken to the hospital in unknown condition.
