1 Injured in Car Accident at Villa Manucha Road and Azevedo Road in Modesto
Modesto, California (October 1, 2023) – Authorities are investigating a major injury car crash that happened near Newman on Sunday morning,
The accident was reported around 6:56 a.m. in the area of Villa Manucha Road and Azevedo Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The officers who responded to the scene recovered two vehicles at the accident scene. The events leading up to the accident, however, were not immediately established. Both vehicles were smoking after the collision.
CHP says at least one person suffered major injuries in the accident and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
