The wreck happened on the 605 Freeway near 60 Freeway at about 3:20 a.m.
A big rig and a vehicle reportedly collided on the northbound side of the freeway near the transition to eastbound 60 Freeway.
The driver of the big rig was taken to a hospital with unspecified injuries.
Several northbound lanes of the freeway were shut down as authorities investigated the incident.
