Granite Bay, CA. – A motorcyclist was hospitalized after a high-speed crash in Granite Bay on Monday afternoon.
The collision happened on Douglas Boulevard near Seeno Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A motorcyclist was reportedly traveling at high rates of speed when he crashed into the rear of a car.
The impact caused the rider to enter through the car's back window and into the backseat.
The motorcyclist was injured in the accident and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
