California Highway Patrol says one person was transported to the hospital following a Tuesday evening car accident on Highway 22 near Knott Avenue in Garden Grove
Orange County, CA – One person was hospitalized after being injured in a multi-vehicle collision near Garden Grove in Orange County on Tuesday evening.
The accident happened on westbound Highway 22 near Knott Avenue at around 4:32 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
The officers who responded to the incident recovered three vehicles at the accident scene. The circumstances surrounding the collision were not immediately established.
One person was injured in the accident and was transported to UC Irvine Medical Center for treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
