One person was trapped in one of the vehicles and had to be extricated by the Los Angeles Fire Department crews
Brentwood, CA. – At least one person was injured in a head-on collision that happened on Thursday morning in Brentwood.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 2:30 a.m. on the Santa Monica (405) Freeway near Getty Center Drive.
Authorities say the driver of a pickup was driving northbound in the southbound lane when it collided with at least one other vehicle.
At least one person was trapped in one of the vehicles and had to be extricated by the Los Angeles Fire Department crews.
One person was injured in the accident and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
