CHP said a semi-truck with a trailer was traveling south on SR 99 when it sideswiped a car that pulled out infront of it
Sutter County, CA.- One person was injured in a big rig collision in Sutter County on Saturday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident took place on SR 99 near O'Banion Road on Saturday, October 26.
CHP said a semi-truck with a trailer was traveling south on SR 99 when it sideswiped a car that pulled out infront of it.
The big rig then rolled over in the northbound lanes and spilled walnuts it was hauling.
The driver of the truck was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
CHP said alcohol and drugs were not suspected to have played a role in the incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
